That doesn't surprise me. Consider yourself lucky - can you imagine what s/he would have done if you asked about the feedback on the bag that was re-colored with shoe polish?
One thing I really recommend, especially if you concentrate your buying in certain cataegories like purses - keep a list as a Word or Wordpad file in your Documents folder or if you have a special folder set up for auction purchases keep it in that same folder. Start keeping records of the names mentioned here as known fakes sellers, and maybe also keep a separate list of anyone we refer to as a Trusted Seller. That way you can build your own reference file. Of course it's still best to check here before bidding.
