Hi BB,

Coz is my new interest to venture to get a Coach bag and I'm still a student hence no experience with the Coach bags nor other Coach items.

As i reply to reneeluvcoach, I really appreciated to you and starrymaz as she mentioned if you and starry gives a thumb up that is a good item.

I'm not asking ppl to say it is fake as i jus so in love with the bag. Dats all and i have no bad intention as i hv totally no experiences on the genuinity.

Comments: The pics of the purse itself look okay to me, but what throws me off is the Bloomingdale's gift receipt for a few reasons.

1. It says "Bloomingdale" and not "Bloomingdale's" on the receipt.
2. The sales tax on it is 5%, but I think NY has a higher sales tax.
3. I thought Bloomingdale's doesnt give paper gift receipts, but puts a barcode sticker on each item for returns or exchanges (this is considered the gift receipt usually).

The creed looks ok. But with a bag that's more than 10 years old, she still needs to show pics of the corners and the inside of the bag too.

As far as I know, a seller can store pics at Photobucket or another hosting site and add them to a listing without paying Ebay for extra pictures.

The bag is fine.
1. That's an authentic Bloomingdales gift receipt.
2. The seller may have made an online purchase. Seller lives in VA and if Virginia's sales tax is 5%, that's what the buyer pays.
3. Bloomingdales (and Macy's) are owned by Federated Department stores and that's what their gift receipts look like. Both stores use return authorization stickers in instances where the buyers can return without a receipt. But they also offer gift receipts when the purchaser requests it.

As far as I know, a return authorization sticker is NOT a gift receipt but it must be attached to an item for a return whether the customer has a gift receipt or not.
