comments: I know the wristlet has already sold, but I'm curious as to whether or not it is authentic. All of the other Legacy striped wristlets I've seen (other than the kisslock one) have thinner stripes. TIA!

This is fake. I've seen this fake wristlet before and I've also seen a similar fake Legacy Stripe pouch and a fake Legacy Stripe tote.

Tried to post this on another Coach board but was told to try here...

I have an older Coach visor (probably purchased in 2004 or 2005) that I put on ebay. I purchased this myself at a Coach retail store (not even an outlet).

A potential buyer on ebay requested more pictures- which I gladly sent- she now said she is not interested because "Coach is not made in Korea". Essentially accusing me of selling a fake item. I am horribly insulted because I HATE fakes, would never carry, sell, or want anything to do with them. I am aware that coach BAGS are never made in Korea, but apparently accessories have been made there. Can someone please confirm this so I can assure this person? I don't care about the sale anymore, I just don't want people thinking I would sell a fake!!!

I would post pics of the visor or the ebay listing but I am not sure if it is against the rules.....

TIA

I recall a question a few months ago about the authenticity of a scarf that had a "made in Korea" label.

There weren't many responses but I recall commenting that there was nothing about the scarf that indicated it was fake.

I'm off to look for the visor.

Edited to add: I searched "coach visor" and there are some fake baseball caps that come up but the visor from the 17-feedback seller from Mass. looks fine.

Sorry in advance if I didnt do the correct format. Im new here. Thank you
They're probably okay but the first picture appears to be a stock photo or website photo and isn't the actual item she's selling. The other picture doesn't show a lot of detail so it's hard to be sure, but there aren't any obvious red flags.

I know the auction ends soon but if she'll send you pictures of the inside of the arms and a picture of the temple, that would help.

Coach bags are never made in Korea, however certain articles of clothing and some accessories, such as scarves, have been made in Korea. While you can't directly link to your auction, you are allowed to attach photos of the visor here.

You can post pics of the visor and it would be a big help if you could, but linking to your listing might be considered "advertising" and that's against tPF rules.

A few Coach accessories have been made in Korea, but NOT handbags.
