It appears to be an authentic soho flap bag. (I can't read the tag or creed so I don't know the style number.)

You're welcome.

I know you didn't ask advice about this but just to let you know, many sellers won't do international first class or even priority shipping. The safest and most dependable method is express mail which costs a lot more than the seller is charging for priority mail. (And the seller isn't making anything on that priority shipment! It seems high to you but that's what USPS charges.)

yep unfortunately I know that is the charge. I work mornings at a post office here and it would be around $30 to send something that size priority to the states so that shipping charge is really nothing LOL! I just don't know if it would make sense to ship it that method if I won the item for less than the shipping...especially something so small. Then again things that small can be lost easily too...
If I was bidding on the pricier stuff I would probably insist it be sent fedex or some other way instead of usps especially clearing customs...
