No red flags, but you can ask the seller to try using the macro feature on her camera get a clearer picture of the creed. You could also ask the seller for a clear picture of the front of the hangtags, logo plaque, and back and bottom of the bag.
Both look okay but the keyring is definitely not the original that came with the phone.

This listing is fine as are the other Coach items and the Dooney that the seller has. (I don't know MK but I'm not aware of the line being faked.)
Why are you suspicious of them? I don't see any red flags that would have me questioning anything.
