It's a genuine Legacy Saddle Canvas Demi flap made in 2001 for the 2002 Spring season. Original retail on the Demi was $138. Coach did a few other similar leather & twill Legacy Saddle bags and some all-leather versions - here are 9120, 91921, 9122 and 9128:

I haven't seen that exact bag pictured before, but there are so many of those older bags that have a similar style that they all sort of run together in my mind.

The Coach folks certainly did get stuck on the words "slim" & "skinny". We have the "Slim Satchel Standard, the "Slim Satchel Compact", the "Skinny Tote" and now the "Slim Clutch". Plus I think there are a couple of briefcase sized bags with similar names.
