This seller really worries me:

Comments: is listing items for ridiculously low prices. On this one I asked for a copy of the patch and the color of the lining. The seller responded that the purse was in good condition and matched lots of things. Basically avoided my question. But it looks real. Is there anything we can do about this seller?

thanks. I had a real one of the second style, so I know this one looks cheap by comparison. I know it is one of the most counterfeited styles.
As a newbie seller, ginalicious2011 needs to learn that in order to get good money for her bags, she needs to post many more clear and definitive pictures to prove authenticity.
And when questioned about her items, she needs to answer the questions.
That said, although the bag in the listing appears to be okay (pending more pictures of the interior lining, creed, back of bag, etc.), I'm not sure that the picture in the listing is her own. It's a much better quality and different background than her other current and completed listings.
The first one has slightly crooked fabric on both sides, and the colors of the fabric, suede and leather don't match at all. Also the side with the seam is off center. I'd definitely want to see the creed on that one but bet dollars to donuts that it's fake.
Can't comment on the second one without more photos.

All of their bags seem to have some kind of damage. I think they must have a connection with a store that accepts returns, even if the items are used. I don't know where they would find that many damaged counterfeits, so I believe their items are real, plus they all look real. You should look really closely at the listing, though, because sometimes the damage is extensive.

baystateoutfitters sells authentic and as quite a few other sellers of authentic items, they have an agreement with various major department stores in which they agree to buy their "lots" of returned, discontinued, damaged, shopworn and otherwise unsellable items.
They clearly photograph, describe and rate the items and there is nothing illegal in what they do.
Yes, some damage is extensive but again, it's described, and disclosed via photographs.
As with all listings, buyers need to read the descriptions and look at the pictures so they know what they're getting.

The picture shown in the listing is a stock photo. Please request additional pictures of the actual item from the seller. Ask for front, back, inside and a clear picture of the creed.
I bought the following bag at a yard sale over the weekend for $2. The woman that sold it to me said that it belonged to her grandmother who had passed and she did not know anything about it (where/when she got it). I took it to the closest Coach store today and the girls there looked at it and said that they are not authorized to authenticate any merchandise. They did clean it for me and commented on how soft it was. One of them directed me here and said that you ladies might be able to tell me if it is real or not and what style it is. She was even nice enough to tell me exactly what photos were needed. The number on the tag is H1S-7786.

The "style" is the "Hampton Leather Satchel" and it was manufactured in 2001.
