There's a large ring of sellers of fake Coach wallets. The sellers are from Arcadia and Alhambra, California.

I found more IDs they're using.

DO NOT BUY COACH WALLETS FROM THESE HIGH VOLUME SELLERS!

Previous IDs who are still active members, though not selling at this time are:

These IDs are NARU but were also part of the ring:

thanks, I just added them to my "do not buy from" list. (It is actually my favorite sellers list, with notes, because ebay doesn't have a bad sellers list!) I wish there were a way to block seeing their listings.

Item: COACH NWT 13835 POPPY PATENT SPOTLIGHT HANDBAG PURSE
Listing Number: 250835763815
Seller: marcoslana

Comments:
I hope this isn't fake, because I really want this bag, lol. Thank you in advance!

In many of this seller's listings, he/she uses stock photos or photos stolen from other sources. And many of the seller's listings do not have enough adequate pictures to determine authenticity.

Personally, I would not do business with someone who doesn't bother to use his own pictures and steals the work of others.

I agree. This is a pet peeve of mine. I've watched this seller's items both on ebay and Bonz for a while and finally sent a PM to the Bonz boys.

This is a portion of my PM to Bonz. Unfortunately, my message hasn't been responded to or acted on:

Sellers should not be using designers' (or anyone else's) pictures. Not only are the images copyrighted but there's no way to determine whether the seller has authentic items.

None of her listings show actual pictures of the item. All are Coach's stock photos and in some cases, for a second picture, she cropped the original.

In fact, this listing: http://www.bonanza.com/listings/COAC...KHAKI/37366773

This listing has a watermarked picture from another source.
http://www.bonanza.com/listings/COAC...44369/37366795

Uses pictures stolen from this seller in China's listing: http://store.taobao.com/shop/view_sh...er_id=47362957 (scroll down to see the same backgrounds. Also, the Bonz seller used watermarked pics so it's pretty obvious where the pictures came from.)

There is no way I'd buy from a seller who doesn't do her own work.

Absolutely amazing that a seller would be so bold as to use such clearly watermarked pictures. Who would buy from someone when the watermark is clearly not his own? Of course, I would probably have no idea if someone was using my pictures on a site other than ebay, because I don't look at other sites very often.
