We recommend against buying on Amazon because Coach items aren't sold BY Amazon but by individual sellers. Also Amazon really has no system in place for reporting on and removing fakes.

The bag in the photo may or may not be ok, but is that the one you're actually buying?. We'd need to see a good close-up photo of the creed patch. I'd also want a good photo of the price tag, since the seller says it's "gently used" so WHY does it still have a price tag on it?

Doing a little searching - the seller's photos are STOLEN from Ebay seller "galindas-boutique", auction # 330355811143:

Welllll....if you are going to make wild accusations, at least figure out what you are accusing someone of. It's not SLANDER if it's done online - that would be LIBEL. Also, it's not libel OR slander if it's true.

Comments:Help! I love this bag, but then I noticed that the description says the bag has been used for a month, but the pics show it with tags. I emailed the seller and they said that the pictures were old, but they still have the tags for the bag. So then I was comparing the price of this one to other ones listed and found that 2 auctions have the same pictures, UGH. Since the bag in the second listing is listed as NWT, it's a safe bet that's the original owner of the photos. The second seller takes her own pictures from what I see in her listings. I would NEVER buy from the first seller or from anyone who steals photos from other sellers. It's against Ebay rules, it's dishonest, and you have no idea what the bag you're going to get really looks like. I doubt if the creed photo is real either. If they could photograph the creed, why not the rest of the bag?

I believe that seller bmwaldman2 is the picture thief and stole the work of the other seller. I wouldn't do business with a seller who uses the work of another and passes it off as her own.

Who know whose creed photo she might have "borrowed."

Edited to add that not only did she steal the picture from the other seller but she also plagiarized the description by copying and pasting.

very true about them photographing the rest of the bag...i figured it would be best to stay away from this auction, it's just too shady. i just needed some confirmation and input, so thank you so much!!
