That listing looks fine, but it's impossible to say whether you're buying authentic since you're buying from someone else.

I'm not sure what you're asking. This is not a seller who is recommended. She's been discussed here and on other forums. Seller has been known to mix fakes and authentic and if you check her toolhaus, many of her descriptions seem to be inaccurate.

The bag looks good, but a quick peek at the seller's feedback might turn off a prospective buyer.

I want to make a point about the importance of looking at the feedback and the possible reason behind it, but in this case, the seller (IMO) got a raw deal.

The buyer negged the seller because the bag was scratched, hardware was scratched and shipping was "slow."

1. The buyer purchased a used bag and it was described as having been carried, thus there is apt to be some indications of use
2. The leather is burnished leather and is designed to scratch. It's the nature of the leather and is NOT a flaw.
3. Buyer was unhappy with perceived slow shipping. Buyer opted for the seller's free shipping option, which was probably parcel post. The buyer received the item within a week of purchasing it -- not bad for parcel post.

My point is that not all negative feedbacks are the seller's fault. I think the seller's assessment of "buyer remorse" is accurate. (In fact, I've blocked this buyer. She seems impossible to please: http://toolhaus.org/cgi-bin/negs?User=tawni192&Dirn=Left+by )

JMHO.

Again, the bag being questioned looks fine.

I would ask for more pictures of the bag, such as the back, bottom, sides, and inside. I would also ask if there is any color rub off on the corners. The Cherry Sabrina is supposed to have one large brass hangtag, one large Cherry colored hangtag, and one small gold hangtag. It looks like the large red hangtag is missing on this bag.
