Yumiko, your buyer is either not telling the truth about where she bought the bag or someone lied to her about where they got it.
There is NO QUESTION that the bag isn't even a "good" fake.
Refer your seller to this post.
These are only some of the problems:
1. The C pattern is uncentered and misaligned
2. The serial number on the creed is not correct for the style of bag
3. The style of this item looks like it's trying to be a combination of several different bags.
4. The creed states that it's "made in the United States" but signature bags weren't/aren't made in USA
5. The creed states that it's a leather bag, clearly incorrect since your bag is fabric
6. Style 9844 (the style number on the creed) is supposed to be a
leather bag that is similar in shape to the item in the listing
7. The grommets in the holes on the strap are wrong.
Please save a copy of the listing as well as the pictures. If the seller refuses to acknowledge that the bag is fake, file a dispute describing the details that prove it's fake (from above) and explain that you don't want to pay for a fake.
