Hi Coach Lovahs!
Can you please authenticate this for me. I just got it and I want to make sure it's real before I leave FB.
Please let me know if you need me to take more pics.

Comments:

Hi! I really need some help and this is my first post! Thank you reading!

I have been selling authentic Coach and other bags from my personal collection for years. I know very well what a fake Coach bag and wallet looks like. I have over 15 years of experience from buying and selling Coach bags. I am trying to start selling on ebay to make a couple of extra bucks. I take pictures of all of my bags clearly and give accurate description.

I have many vintage and older Coach wallets and I have sold a dozen or so and all buyers have been happy about it. Except for this one buyer.

Today she left me a negative point on my ebay profile saying I sold her a fake.

Please look at the listing and explain why she thought this is a fake.

It is NOT:
1. All real leather
2. YKK zippers
3. Coach stamp inside
4. It is sold and pictured in my catalog

She filed a claim against me and I said she can have a refund if she returned the wallet. She lost her case because she didn't want to return the wallet.

Please any help is appreciated!
I don't know, maybe you guys can show me something that I don't know yet!
That's quite an unusual ID - wonder why it sounds so familiar?
I also see that you began using the Big_Bag_Buys ID in November of 2008 which was about 45 days after "Shining_polaris" last Negative and a month after her last sale, Shining_polaris now seems to be NARU. And the few problems "Big_Bag_Buys" buyers are having seem to be the same problems that "Shining_polaris"s buyers had. Both from Illinois too. Interesting.

First of all, "shining_polaris" seems to have had a problem recognising fakes in the past. Looking at the selling record NOT of your current selling ID but the ID you're using here I see that a seller with the ID "Shining_polaris" had 70 Negatives from buyers and a good percentage seem to be from buyers who believed thet were sold a fake. Other non-Coach items sold seem to have quite a few SNAD claims filed over them.

Other problems seem to be undisclosed damage, dirt, nasty smells, and items that sellers felt were NOT as described. Frankly, if I'd been interested in something you listed and had found the Shining_polaris Feedback, I would have hit the Back button.
Hyacinth has commented on your initial question re authenticity, but I have a comment regarding your previous ID.

This is the policy I'm wondering about. Shining_polaris, did you get special permission from ebay to open a new account?

Actually I purchased another one on Ebay, but on second look, don't think it is authentic

ITEM: COACH purse authentic leather handbag
LISTING NUMBER: 160400864059
SELLER: ebiaruba
LINK: http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160400864059&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT

Your input would be greatly appreciated, again!
The bag in this listing is fine. Is this the one you bought?

If not, please post the link to the item you purchased.

Edited to add: Sorry, Starry. I posted this response before reading your response. I swear I didn't copy your's! GMTA!!

You're right, it's fake. That serial number never existed, for one thing, and there are several other mistakes. Please report.

Thanks. You know, I've reported this twice since your response, but ebay has not removed it. Is there something you usually write in your reporting that makes them remove it quicker? I'm worried that the bidder has paid and is getting a bad fake and won't know the difference... I know it happens every day, but for some reason it bothers me because I tried reporting it.

Ebay requires more than one or 2 reports to take down a fake listing. Also reporting it more than once in a 24-hour period doesn't help because Ebay ignores multiple reports from the same person.

Here's the URL if anyone wants to report it again but some unwary buyer got stuck with a piece of junk:
