Hi! I really need some help and this is my first post! Thank you reading!
I have been selling authentic Coach and other bags from my personal collection for years. I know very well what a fake Coach bag and wallet looks like. I have over 15 years of experience from buying and selling Coach bags. I am trying to start selling on ebay to make a couple of extra bucks. I take pictures of all of my bags clearly and give accurate description.
I have many vintage and older Coach wallets and I have sold a dozen or so and all buyers have been happy about it. Except for this one buyer.
Today she left me a negative point on my ebay profile saying I sold her a fake.
Please look at the listing and explain why she thought this is a fake.
It is NOT:
1. All real leather
2. YKK zippers
3. Coach stamp inside
4. It is sold and pictured in my catalog
She filed a claim against me and I said she can have a refund if she returned the wallet. She lost her case because she didn't want to return the wallet.
Please any help is appreciated!
I don't know, maybe you guys can show me something that I don't know yet!
That's quite an unusual ID - wonder why it sounds so familiar?
There's another "Shiningpolaris" on Ebay who's been using the same ID since 2004 and who has no record of selling Coaches so I'm guessing that's NOT you, which means that the old Shining_polaris and the new Big_bag_buys are the same seller?
I also see that you began using the Big_Bag_Buys ID in November of 2008 which was about 45 days after "Shining_polaris" last Negative and a month after her last sale, Shining_polaris now seems to be NARU. And the few problems "Big_Bag_Buys" buyers are having seem to be the same problems that "Shining_polaris"s buyers had. Both from Illinois too. Interesting.
First of all, "shining_polaris" seems to have had a problem recognising fakes in the past. Looking at the selling record NOT of your current selling ID but the ID you're using here I see that a seller with the ID "Shining_polaris" had 70 Negatives from buyers and a good percentage seem to be from buyers who believed thet were sold a fake. Other non-Coach items sold seem to have quite a few SNAD claims filed over them.

Other problems seem to be undisclosed damage, dirt, nasty smells, and items that sellers felt were NOT as described. Frankly, if I'd been interested in something you listed and had found the Shining_polaris Feedback, I would have hit the Back button.
If you're trying to do things the right way after messing up your reputation under your previous ID, then say so and we'll be glad to help. But if your wallet buyer was unhappy with what she received and did enough investigating to find your old ID, would you blame her for thinking either that she got a fake or that she could get out of the sale by claiming it was fake? And WHY did she say she thought it was fake? Did she give you any reason?
As far as I can see, there's nothing in the pics of that wallet that say fake, but that's going just from the photos. I have one in the same style and don't see any problems.
