I'm sorry, the bag is fake. The serial number prefix M3U- is on the fake serial numbers list:

Also, read the words on the creed and notice the run-on words and misspellings. Where did your sister buy this? She should try to get her money back.

Please ask for a picture of the creed.

The seller needs to show more pictures in her auctions for Coach. Some of her Coach listings show only a Coach stock picture and no pictures of the actual bag.
