Hi, I have been a long time lurker and love the site, and am finally posting and looking for help. I received this bag as a gift from a friend in the St. Louis area and I think it is a fake. I was hoping you all could give it a look and help me figure it out. At first I thought it was a factory bag, but I have several, and it just isn't looking up to snuff. Any help would be appreciated, I don't want to carry a fake bag. TIA!

The tag says Coach Suede Collection, there is no other tag that I can identify anything by.

Comments: These look genuine but I have a few concerns. The seller has a 100% positive score but it is based on only 13 ratings and none of them were in the last 6 months. The seller has 2 identical items listed and is using the same pics for both. The description says “new” but doesn’t mention tags or gift receipts and no tags are shown in the pics. I emailed the seller a few days ago asking about dustbag, tags, etc. and the seller never responded. On the other hand, the listing says that they will take prompt returns, what do you think? Thanks!

It doesn't look like it has an authentic Creed. I'm inclined to say it's fake...

I have no plans to bid on this, but I do wonder about it. I've started seeing this style of creed a lot lately. Is this a new and authentic creed? I purchased a bronze Zoe bag just last month and it has the other creed we know and love...

Here's the one on eBay whose creed I'm wondering about:

Item: 140373945604 (entire title: COACH PURSE )

Comments: I would just love to know if this is a new and authentic style of creed.

This one is also good from what I can see (but wait for Hyacinth or Starry for a definite answer). That creed is not a NEW creed, it's an older creed from the 2007 line. If you look up Legacy pieces from the 06, 07 lines, they have that creed, in the gold script. :D

Here's another just like it, same creed (not my auction!):

Here's an example of a Legacy Ali (not my auction!):

Fake. The creed is completely wrong - I didn't even have to look at the rest of the bag. Sorry. :(

The wallet in the photos is authentic. The seller most likely has 2 of the same item for sale, and was lazy and used the same photos in both auctions. If the wallets were bought at a full-price store, they won't have dustbags. If they were purchased at an outlet, they would have the white cotton dustbags. I can't address any of your other concerns, however - if I asked for additional info/photos and was ignored, I'd run away - there are plenty more of that wallet on other auctions on ebay and bonanzle (not my auctions). Good luck! :D

Your assumption is correct. It's fake.

There's nothing right about it. Tags, style, creed, lining.
