If you go back to around page 18, that's where I started consolidating a lot of the information I've put together over the years to make it easier to find. Your bag's serial number also appears on the original list and has been a known fake number for quite a while.

Hyacinth, thank you for your reply! I will contact the seller, and with the help from you and BeenBurned, I feel justified in doing so. I see at least nine problems with the bag, including those glaring ones you mentioned. But the fake serial number clinches it. I had bookmarked that fake numbers page in the past, but didn't even think to check it this time because I didn't remember any serial numbers on it. Thanks to both of you! Overall, it's a situation I shouldn't have gotten myself into, and now a lesson well learned.

It appears to be ok, but as BeenBurned said, please ask the seller to use the macro feature on her camera to get clearer pics.

Wait for other opinions on this one, but I'm not feeling comfortable about her items. Everything is highly faked styles and the wallets are showing full-price store boxes. If she bought from full-priced stores, there's no way she could afford to resell for the prices listed.

And I also question the Fairy bag since that bag is a Prada copyrighted logo but she doesn't describe it as Prada.

Hi!

This is my first post on TPF, so I apologize in advance if I don't get it right the first time.

I'm looking for opinions on this bag and wallet being sold on CL. The seller emailed me the photos, so I uploaded them to my snapfish account and hopefully can get them to post here.

I don't know the style name, sorry. BUT I do have this exact bag in the red color and the pictures look exactly the same. The only difference (besides color) is my serial number starts with H0, but all the other digits are the same.

I've been trying to research it myself using TPF resources, and I found two funny things.

1.) He says he bought it at Macy's, but I read that serial numbers with the F are factory store bags.

2.) The dustbag in the photo is brown with white writing and I read that the writing should be red.

I'd appreciate any opinions, and sorry the post is so long, I just wanted to provide all the info. I could since it's not an eBay auction with all the info. easily accessible.

1. All the pictures are the same one. I don't see any obvious problems based on the one (blurry) picture but I don't recommend buying until you get an opinion of the other pictures. (Please add them)

2. As for the dust bag, it looks fine. The drawstring is red, but the Coach name on that bag is supposed to be white.

3. If the creed has an "F" serial number, it didn't come from Macy's. It came from the outlet, which would make it no less authentic, but just not a department store purchase.
