I do believe that "Murphy" is fine. It's just older than the one you bought.
I think their pictures are just very, very close up.

I think it's fake, it should have a nice shape to it. It looks flat and cheap kinda looking =/
The only picture of the front of the bag is a stock picture. Need to see an actual picture of the front of the bag and also a closeup picture of the creed.
There needs to be more pictures, including a picture of the creed. This is an actual style, but more pictures are needed.
It looks ok, though I would be a bit cautious because it's a fairly new seller without a lot of feedback. If you decide to buy, be sure to pay with a credit card through Paypal to be safe.
Color can be affected by any number of things: lighting, camera, use of the flash.
