I read a bit on the net about the bag, what to watch for in fakes, the pics seem nice and real, the seller is established and then I read here the D8J prefix may be fake?

Sorry but it's fake. Among other things, the serial number is a known fake number.I was sure when I bought this at a sale today it was real, but now I'm not so sure. The number inside is No. 00138, that's it. Does Coach ever use this type of a number, I'm used to the longer ones.

I doubt it's real, but if anyone could help me authenticate this bag I would greatly appreciate it.
