It looks good. The Graphic Op Art Large Sabrina, style #12966 is no longer on the Coach website, but here is Coach's picture of the bag.

Item Name (if you know it):COACH SIGNATURE STRIPE PATENT TOTE 12429 (Khaki/Red)

Link (if available): NA
Then attach any photos (all authentication must include photos.)

Question: The label on coach 12429 seems to be in gold and italic, I have not come across such a label and wonder whether is it authentic.

I got some coach bags and their label is in the same colour of the bag, attached pic of coach bag 12675 label as a form of comparison.

Please advise.
Thanks

Your bag is authentic. Several styles do have the creeds with the gold script writing and this style is one of them. There are no "rules" about how creeds should look. You can't compare a creed from a different style bag made in a different month/year because there is a lot of variation in fonts, wording, and the look of the creed patches over the years and across styles.

All of them look good.

The Amazon affiliation is puzzling though. I don't know if Arizona Shoe is affiliated with any of the Amazon sellers that are mentioned in some of the item descriptions? :confused1: It's doubtful. In any case, I wouldn't want to do business with a company that uses other people's pictures and copyrighted photos.

Thanks BeenBurned and Starrymaz! I hadn't looked at the other Coach listings there since I was only looking for the scarf (Coach is sold out and the only other search returns seemed to be eBay).

When I went a bit further with the purchase, it showed as definitely being an Amazon purchase. The shipping email w/DC number came from Amazon.com and it shows in my Amazon account (though not under Marketplace... just regular Amazon). Since you mentioned the other items don't say TrendiGirlz I'm wondering if this is some kind of aggregate site for Amazon sellers? That might explain the various sources for photos - it could be different stores all under one umbrella, though that would seem unnecessarily complicated and redundant (which seems to be an unfortunate internet trend lately). I searched this morning and found the same ad on prontostyle.com which states "The latest products, hottest items & best prices from Amazon.com and all your other favorite stores are right here on Pronto Style".

Since TrendiGirlz was mentioned as being OK, I'm going to guess this will be legit. I'll post photos of it when it arrives.

Thanks! ;)

If you look at some of the other listings, there are different backgrounds for some of the pictures. The ones with different backgrounds don't (usually) mention TrendiGirlz and the ones using TrendiGirlz' photos do say the name in the Product Promotions section. This looks like a case of "borrowed" photos and descriptions.

More different backgrounds and mentions another seller:

Hmm, interesting. The previous pictures in this listing have been removed and replaced with different pictures. The previous pictures showed a plant in the background and some of the others had an outside background. I wonder if the owner of the pictures contacted the site and had them removed?

I don't know if TrendiGirlz is related to this site. Arizona Shoe is not a site like prontostyle.com. Pronto Style aggregates items from various different websites and if you want to buy that particular item, then it links you directly to the company's website where you can buy the item. It doesn't appear that this is what Arizona Shoe is doing. It's not linking to you the individual seller's storefront on Amazon where you're buying directly from the seller. Arizona Shoe appears to be a third-party website that is using Amazon Checkout and Amazon Payments.

Arizona Shoe states this on their About Us page:
Since we have access to a wide range of distributors, any Shoes and handbags you may want, even if it is not on our website, we can probably get for you.

There's no way of knowing who these "distributors" are. What I do know is that Arizona Shoe has used photos stolen from other ebay sellers and copyrighted photos, which is not OK. As I mentioned before, I wouldn't want to do business with a company that engages in this kind of unethical business practice. There really is no way of knowing if you'll receive the same item that's pictured.

Since you've already purchased this scarf, definitely post pictures when you receive it and we'll take a look.

This is starting to make me think of those nested Russian dolls, lol! I typically avoid situations such as this like the plague, but figured since it was a relatively low-cost item and is paid with a credit card, it can't be too disastrous if it turns out to not be legit. And I *really* wanted that scarf!

I did get emails from TrendiGirlz (via Amazon) thanking me for my purchase, and another with the DC number for USPS, so TrendiGirlz is part of this. I looked at the link you'd posted and the DesignersCentral is yet another Amazon seller. I wonder if the item for sale using an eBay seller's photos is actually the eBay seller under another name? I'm getting the feeling azshoe.com isn't supplying their own images, but rather the images supplied by the seller (who must be the "distributors" they refer to). That makes it difficult to gauge authenticity (to me, anyway) since it hides *who* you're dealing with. It's like one of those "my friend's mother-in-law's aunt's cousin-twice-removed neighbor's co-worker" kind of thing.

It must be some kind of search-advantaged thing for sellers to want to do this... *if* they're even aware of it. Neither TrendiGirlz nor Amazon showed up when I searched for the scarf, but azshoe did.

I'll definitely post pics when it arrives. Thank you for the time you've put into this. :smile1:

Remarks: Anyone knows why is the hangtag looking like a brassware rather than a leather one? Thank you!

I can't answer that except to say that we've REPEATEDLY warned posters against buying from that seller. Please Search tPF for the seller's name, and then check her Feedback at Toolhaus.org

Okay, now the pictures with the plant in the background are back. When I posted earlier the link was going to different pictures with a plain white background. I'm NOT going crazy. LOL. :weird:

Maybe TrendiGirlz is one of the suppliers for the site? As far as I know, TrendiGirlz takes her own pictures and people who have bought from her have gotten authentic merchandise.

I agree, it's all very confusing with the different pictures on the site. Post pictures of the scarf when you get it!
