Please accept my apologies if I am posting in the wront place. I have recently acquired several older leather Coach bags. I would like to find out what year they are from by their serial number, however, every time I try to look it up, all I can find are newer bags. If anyone knows of a web site I could check it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Sue

There is no website. If you are sure they are authentic you can post photos of them on the "ID this Coach" linked below:

If you are trying to determine if they are authentic AND get a name for them, you can post photos right here on this thread.

If they are older bags with a 7 digit serial number (i.e., 123-4567 with NO letters), the serial number is unique to the bag and there is no way to tell the "name" of the bag without posting clear photos including the creed.

Yes, it's a wristlet. You can see the wrist strap.

And although it looks okay, you really need to see more pictures to be sure of authenticity.

There aren't enough pictures to determine authenticity of the bag. The picture on the Chinese website could have been stolen from another seller or might be authentic. Then again, it might be fake. No way to know without several more pictures.)

Just FYI, that style, 6091 is a fairly commonly faked style in which some of the fakes have the correct style number in the serial number. Usually, most have uncentered C patterns and misalignment, but I've seen "decent" fakes too.

Uh oh... scary! I bought the same version (6091) with the same colour but tan leather trimmed (authenticated earlier under post #1614). That's why am curious about this bag.
