OK, judging by the description (since this is clearly not Op Art), I'd say this is fake, but I wanted to post here just in case the person possibly has their description wrong. However, the C's look crooked to me and it also claims this "ships from the manufacturer..." Not interested in buying this one, just happened to run across it.

New W/Tags authentic Coach OP Art Shoulder Bag - eBay (item 220454210223 end time Jul-25-09 16:34:17 PDT)

All that seller's items are cheap fakes, and their Coach watch photo was stolen from highly Trusted Seller "aboutsales".

BTW, this fakes seller tbsn915 is also grtdeals915 which is the only Feedback they received before listing their fakes.

The phony seller even had the nerve to use AboutSales same pic in their phony listing!
Here's Aboutsales' GENUINE watch listing:

Thanks for bringing it to our attention!

Hi all,

I'm new here (but have been lurking for ages). I have a good deal on this tote from a friend of a friend, but I want to make sure it's genuine first.

Thanks so much!

We'll need to see more pictures of the bag, including larger, clearer pictures of the front, back, bottom, and inside of the bag and a closeup picture of the luggage tag, hangtag and medallion, and dogleash clip and inside zipper pull.

Good detective work!

The pictures on the fakes seller's other auctions were straight out of iOffer and the listings even mentioned that shipping could take up to 21 days for items to arrive because they are shipped directly from the "manufacturer."

Where did you get this bag? There are a few things that don't look right. The front buckle and side buckle should have "Coach" stamped on them, and I don't see this in the pictures. The picture of the creed is blurry, but it appears that the stitching is sloppy on the corners. And does the serial number say EOW-6808? Is that a letter O between the E and the W, instead of a zero? Because that's what it looks like in the picture. The O is much rounder than the narrow 0 in 6808. I'd like to hear more opinions.

Well, I only have one more picture and it isn't much closer than the first pic. I'm going to go check it out probably tomorrow. What should I be on the lookout for?

Wow, I was going to say it looked good but I do see that the side buckle is missing the "Coach" stamp as is the front buckle.

And look at the non-matched C pattern on the back:

AUTHENTIC COACH MINI SIG. LARGE FLAP BAG #6808 VG/EUC - eBay (item 380140092976 end time Jul-23-09 13:37:47 PDT)

And did they make that style bag in 2000 (assuming that the year is a "0")???

I'm pretty sure this isn't authentic, but it's a darned "good" fake.

Nothing about the size and font of the serial number looks right to me. And a check of my old catalogs shows only standard-size Signature patterns in 2000 AND all through 2001, with style numbers only starting in the 60xx range. There are NO mini-Sig patterns at all shown for either of those years.

I'm going to say fake.

i wasn't planning on bidding on them. i just thought they looked fake, & i didn't want some person thinking they were getting the real thing. the wristlets esp. looked super fake to me.
since it's hard to tell, i can't report it.
