The bag in the photos is authentic, BUT I've been watching this seller for over a year. Seller steals pictures from Japanese websites and from Amazon sellers. (Seller used to use stolen ebay pictures but when the pictures were hotlinked to the rightful picture owner's album, the listing morphed in porn. Seller no longer steals from ebay sellers.) In the above listing, right click on the pictures and you'll see that the properties indicate a Japanese website. I don't recommend a seller, authentic or otherwise who is sneaky enough to NEVER use her own pictures.

If you compare the other two photos, one has a whole tag and the other bag's tag has had the price cut off. Also when you compare those two photos layout of c's / prints on bags are different. Another thing that concerns me about this listing is that the listing says the item is in KY, but the gift receipt is from an outlet in MN. Maybe this is just the byproduct of stolen photos? I would steer clear of this seller personally, and if anyone is thinking about bidding on this auction I think they should request multiple photos of the actual bag being sold.
You're right, who knows whether the picture is even the actual picture of the bag. Those are definitely two different bags in the pics. I wouldn't buy anything from this seller.

Actually, here is where the seller purchased that pouch. It was bought from a seller in MN, thus the gift receipt showing MN. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170325796984&viewitem=&salenotsupported
This is the only authentic item Tykaem is selling, and that's assuming that the buyer gets the item purchased from the MN seller.

And here is another purchased by Tykaem. I'll bet a copy of the same gift receipt will come with this resold item also:

I sold this bag on ebay not having any idea it was a fake, I have a flawless record on Ebay for over (10) years and would never sell anything that is knowingly a fake, if it was fake or looked to be fake I would mention that up front, I did do some investigating and everything told me it was the real thing, when the buyer contacted me I informed her that it looks real, she did not ask for numbers as I am aware and your right she should have done that first before purchase, I have written her and will refund the entire amount plus shipping even though I did not know the bag was a fake. I just found out about your site, your very well informed, that will assist me in the future when I sell a couple more bags that we have , I did authenticate one Coach Bag today, Thank You

You've done the right thing in refunding the buyer, but you are WRONG on a number of counts.
1. if it was fake or looked to be fake I would mention that up front,
It doesn't matter if you mention it up front. The law, as well as ebay policy require that you NOT LIST unless you are 100% certain that any item is authentic. And if there is any question on authenticity, it cannot be listed. PERIOD!

2. she did not ask for numbers as I am aware and your right she should have done that first before purchase,

Again you're incorrect. It isnt' the buyer's responsibility to question authenticity. Any and every listing should be assumed to be authentic, since fakes (again, I'm repeating) can't be listed.

3. PLease don't relist the item, even with an authenticity disclaimer. You can't do that.
