I'm not seeing any red flags with the Carlys, and the Registration Card is a prop that s/he's using in almost all the photos. Those two at least might be real.

The optic Carly is fake. There are some things wrong with it. I'm not comfortable with the patent Bleecker tote either, but will need to look at it some more.

EDIT: The patent Bleecker is fake too. I compared the stitching on the handle with the stitching on a real one. There are some differences. Hangtag is fake too. Wording on price tag is also wrong.

The tag attached belongs to this completed auction:

These two Optic Signature Carlys are fake. There is one glaring detail of a fake in both of these pictures (and I'm not talking about the props). This is the reason why it's so important to see lots of pictures from different angles when looking at Carlys.

Other details that are wrong: The type of leather used for the trim for the khaki Carly is wrong. For the parchment Carly, the inside lining is the wrong shade. Hangtags are fake. Type of thread used for the stitching is wrong.

The seller probably doesn't show closeup pictures of the creeds for any of the bags on purchase. Because if she did, it would be obvious that they are fakes. The only Coach that seems ok in her listings is the Hamptons Optic Sig Top Handle Pouch.

I took this coach bag to the coach store after buying it from an individual and they said it was a authentic coach bag. They said it was retailed at 598.00. Someone told me that all coach purses have YKK on the zipper. Is this true? Please let me know if this is real I really need to know the pictures are on my profile.

Your question:
Is this authentic an authentic coach bag
inside it has a serial number of 11144 and i took it to the coach store and they said it was authentic however when i went to sell it the lady said that it is not authentic because it doesnt have ykk on the zipper. Please tell me whether or not it is authentic or not

I'll link to your pictures here.

Your bag is fake. I doubt very much that a Coach employee would have told you the bag is real. Coach employees are not authorized to authenticate in store. And even if they were to give an opinion, they would most likely tell you the bag is fake if you told them you bought it on ebay or from someone else, regardless of whether it actually is. This particular bag is a VERY obvious fake. There's no way even the most poorly trained employee would have said this bag is real. This is a signature fabric bag and should not have signature lining. The materials and entire construction of the bag look cheap. The creed patch and serial number are completely wrong. From the blurry pic, it looks like yours says No. and then a dash, without any letters or numbers before the dash. Since the bag is fake, it can't be sold anywhere.

And as others have said, having YKK zippers or not having YKK zippers really doesn't mean that much since not all real Coach have YKK zippers and some fakes do have YKK on the zippers.

I wonder if the Hamptons Optic Sig Top Handle Pouch that is being sold is even real/authentic. The listing clearly includes photos of three different bags. And I think at least two, if not all three, must be stolen. One looks like Coach stock photo. If you compare the other two photos, one has a whole tag and the other bag's tag has had the price cut off. Also when you compare those two photos layout of c's / prints on bags are different.

Another thing that concerns me about this listing is that the listing says the item is in KY, but the gift receipt is from an outlet in MN. Maybe this is just the byproduct of stolen photos?

I would steer clear of this seller personally, and if anyone is thinking about bidding on this auction I think they should request multiple photos of the actual bag being sold.

You're right, who knows whether the picture is even the actual picture of the bag. Those are definitely two different bags in the pics. I wouldn't buy anything from this seller.

Maybe the seller intentionally set the BIN so high hoping someone will submit a high Best Offer. I wonder if they know that the BIN is way more than the retail price of this bag (and this one looks beat up). Looking at their other auctions, the only ones they've priced with such high BINs are ones in which they state that the retail price of the item is over $1000.
