Well, she sure is trying. She is canceling bids as fast as they are bidding. Ebay should have just helped the lady out by canceling her auction in the beginning.

In cases like this it would be great if anyone who has the real bag could point out some of the things that are wrong so we can report the problems in detail to Ebay - things like the wrong color lining or something on the bag that shouldn't be there. I can see three problems right off the bat but none of them are integral parts of the bag.

I have found a seller on ebay who is selling a medium black Carly for $300 (CAD). She said she bought the bag at Holt Renfrew in August '07, but has just bought a large Carly and now has no need for the smaller bag. She emailed me these photos of the bag. What do you think? Thanks!

I have the real bag!! I reported it last week and ebay removed it! But he relisted it! I just feel bad for those who bid. Even the dust bag is fake!!! I tried to send a message to the person that bid but ebay wouldn't allow me. Oh well! What can I do! I tried!:confused1:

Actually, the first one is not a fake. It is a very much older style. I have a similar bag that is 14 years old, and was purchased from a friend that worked for Coach corporate.

I believe that the second one is real too, although it has a lot of dust on it.

Not a clue about the third one.

The second one is probably fake, Coach wasn't making leather bags in China in 1994 - look at the creed and the year code. And the creed says it's made of fabric trimmed with leather.
