I'm in no way an expert, but that looks like a fake to me. The magnetic buckle in the middle is very off center and the hang tag looks questionable. Just my thoughts though!

Total fake. Stitching is off, esp by the front clasp, and the tag is wrong. Also, the colors for the Optic print are different, but that could just be the lighting.

If you read the questions for the seller at the bottom of the auction, the seller ADMITS that she doesn't know if they are authentic or not! I feel bad that she bought a fake bag on ebay, but that doesn't mean it's okay for her to pass them on to someone else. I reported it to ebay. Please, ladies, do the same. There is only 5 hours left for this auction.
I'm inclined to say yes - everything looks as it should be. I have a leather Carly and I believe it's real.
Update: I emailed the seller and told her that it was definately a fake bag. She was super nice about it and said she would cancel the auction. I also gave her the link here so she could authenticate bags she buys from ebay in the future.
I'm no expert but I would pass on it just because I've never seen Coach use a CL logo before. I can only recall them using "C's" or the full word "Coach"
