Definitely fake. I looked at the Ergo tote and it should have Legacy lining, and that hang tag is absolutely terrible.
The first one is a very bad fake.
Ther aren't enough photos of the second one to be able to say yes or no. If the seller won't show clear photos of the inside of the bag with the creed patch and the serial number, don't bid.
