Hello, Could someone please tell me if this is authentic? I checked it with the drilldown (40243) and the color placement is different. Does that mean anything?

Yes. I have this wristlet and I love it! I also have 2 of the smaller wristlets and the color placements are different on all of them. Mine were even purchased direct from Coach so that is not a problem. The inside is pink!
