That seller is one of the rudest people on Ebay, and she also sells fakes. I've had some fun yanking her chain myself just to see if she could possibly get nastier than she does in her listings, and she can. Not only is she right at the top of my personal Seller Shyte List but I think she's made it onto everyone else's too. I STRONGLY recommend that you NEVER buy from that seller!

Thanks... I did email her & asked for a better picture of the creed & inquired about the pen marks... she sent them & it's got the right style #, she also said it was not the same bag as the one she'd won earlier. Time will tell, she's shipping it tomorrow & she only lives one state away so I should have it soon!

That is the thing, the fakes of style 1443 do not have most of the usual signs of being fake. The linings are fabric, the style numbers are correct, the C alignment is good,etc. I just don't think that it is worth the risk with these. :confused1:

I will remember this. I've never paid that much attention to this style, but if one catches my eye, it's better to be safe than sorry. Thanks for the info :tup:

I reported those bags to eBay a few days ago. I'm disappointed they haven't been removed since they are clearly fake, even to a novice like me.

If only all fakes were that bad, then we wouldn't have so many problems authenticating them.
