You don't have to KNOWINGLY sell a fake to be guilty of breaking the law, as anyone who has ever tried the "I didn't know the speed limit was 25 on this street" excuse could tell you.

And as I said before, if Coach is going to sue someone I wish they'd concentrate on the carreer criminals that sell fakes by the hundreds.

Exactly! Not someone selling 1 purse! Concentrate on the people with warehouses full of this stuff that supply these people with the fakes.

I should know... bad me, but it's all done!

lol i am not kiyone, she must have seen the thread i made about my new bag!! lol i just happened to stumble upon the posting of whether it was authentic or not...i had been fairly confident, but needless to say, i'm extremely relieved!!

Maybe that's just a Canada/US difference, because here intent and proof of intent are vital for winning a lawsuit - but we're not very big on lawsuits here. They're really expensive and HARD to win, even for incredibly legitimate cases. :push:

I'm not sure. It matches drilldown and his other products look good, but there is one report of a buyer thinking it's fake. The seller gave back the money and it sounded like an easy enough transaction but i'm not sure. I'd probably wait for the next one.
