are they made of the same fabric? cotton, twill?

I'd be leary. While it looks okay, and it matches drilldown, there is someone in her feedback that claims that they got that bag and it was fake.
Looks authentic to me. Matches drilldown style, creeds looks good. But .. their feedback indicates 2 people have said the bags were fake.. i would stay away.
I would say not to buy that bag. While it looks OK, she's sold a LOT of that same style and one person claimed it was fake. I'd stay away!

Authentic. I own it and it looks just like mine (although I would definitely NOT say "gently" used..lol)... The vachetta gets darker over time which can make it look more "used". i'd ask for more pictures of the bottom to see how dirty it really is. I love this bag.. it's what started my love (aka "addiction") of Coach.
I'd say 99.999% that those are fakes.
1) new ebayer, not a lot of feedback
2) hazy, small pictures
3) hardware doesn't look sturdy enough to be "coach"
4) when checking the feedback, their last "feedback item" was for a fake keychain, possibly fake wallet and bag as well.
