Crista, I'm also a member in another forum and I posted her completed auctions for people to look at, including her Fendi, Gucci, and Versace. I'll let you know what I hear back from them.

Thanks Robin, I appreciate it! I hope I'm wrong and they are all authentic....but..... I guess we will see. I have sent her 3 emails requesting proof of authenticity and haven't received a response yet.

I just went through the seller's feedback and I didn't see a Carly nor anything that had C's on the inside lining.

It's a Signature Stripe Optic bag. Did they ever make sig. stripe in the optic? I didn't think so. Oh - well either way I just figured out the sig stripe optic she sold is a fake because it has sig lining. Sig lining is never ever in a sig bag.

Crista, that would be enough to concern me. I still can't say whether your bag is a fake, but I'm seeing warning signals about the seller that cause me to not trust him/her.

You guys are great-- Im very thankful for the feedback I'm getting. I'm nervous that I haven't heard back from the seller, I'm not sure what to do. I've seen a few other Coach purses on ebay that I like, but now I'm afraid to get burned. How can I tell what is real and what isnt? Also, isn't it illegal to sell fake bags?

I looked for it today in Wrentham and didn't see it. I do think that's a good price for a pouch especially if you don't live near any outlets. I bought my daughter's friend a scribble pouch for $62. I was slightly concerned that the pattern was two years old, but she's 15, so I don't think she'll mind. :smile1:

My sister was looking for something to keep coupons (got to love Bed Bath & Beyond!) in and she likes the legacy stripe. Came across this.

It's a different # than what is on the Coach site, but the number given matches on the drilldown. What's the difference between the two? Is this one from last year or something?

I don't know if it's real, but FWIW, I don't buy from people who use celebrity pictures on principal. No way do I believe they have permission to use those photos. The seller of this item has the nerve to state that she uses all of her own pictures and asks people not to steal them, and yet has a picture of Jessica Alba carrying the purse as her gallery pic. I highly doubt that is her own picture, it is probably owned by someone else, and yet she is using it. There are too many good sellers who don't do that kind of thing that you can buy from, IMHO.
