The handbag is not a fake. It's the first Coach scribble line that came out, I want to say, two years ago?
Yes, coach did come out with that bag in the scribble line in 2005...however i'm inclined to believe the drilldown.
that and the CC's are WAY OFF in this bag...

That's true. I'm getting delusional. I change to "fake".
I know this bag is not a fake becuase it is from an authorized Coach seller but I think they have the wrong description for it , the bag they are describing in the title is this one Coach - SIGNATURE STRIPE REVERSIBLE LARGE TOTE

Def a fake, look at that stitching on the creed, sloppy. C's are off, and I think the color's may be off as well. Drill down is correct!
I said in a couple posts above that I change my vote to fake. I'm in finals mode and am really really sleepy now so I'm sorry to the person that I said is not a fake.
And I don't buy anything from Ebay, just from the boutiques...so I guess my fake-dar is not really good.
The seller listed the wrong serial number in the auction - it should be 6094, not 6084.
There are a lot of these on Ebay - I think this one is ok but someone more familiar with the style should take a look.
As I mentioned in a previous post, 1417 is one of the most common fake serial numbers of newer bags on Ebay. A bag with that number that ISN"T an East-west duffle is a fake. This is an east-west duffle;

I don't know where to ask this question. I'm new here. Does anyone know if Coach factory items with the coach factory tag are faked on Ebay? There seems to be alot of guaranteed authentic sellers on ebay that claim they get it at the outlet. So claiming it was purchased at an outlet make them more creditable? Thanks in advance.

Everything is faked on Ebay including current bags, recent bags, classic leather bags, keychains, wallets (ESPECIALLY keychains and wallets!), hats, shoes, travel luggage and those tacky fake bikinis.
In Coach alone, probably at least 10 to 15 percent of the handbags listed are fakes. At least 75 to 80 percent of "Coach" wallets and keychains on Ebay are fakes. NEVER take a seller at their word and never assume that someone with 100 percent feedback only sells genuine items. And please, always ask here before you bid on ANY Coach items on Ebay. Don't even consider Overstock Auctions or iOffer.
Some of the fakes are pretty obvious but others can be very close copies and have genuine-looking creed stamps, price tags, serial numbers, hangtags, booklets, dust bags and receipts. When buying anything on Ebay especially any kind of designer handbag just remember that with very few exceptions, anything a manufacturer can make, a counterfeiter can fake. ANYTHING. Including outlet stamps.
Could someone please tell me if this bag is authentic? I don't get anything to come up in the drilldown, but she SAYS it's authentic?!?! Help, please!
