^I'm no super expert, but without seeing any more pictures, I would say no. It doesn't look authentic to me, it looks cheap. I would need to see the creed patch and style # to be sure.
 
I don't know if the pouch is fake or not. I seem to remember hearing that not all cosmetic pouches have serial numbers, and that's what that is, the top handle cosmetic pouch. We carried the leather ones in the outlet I worked for. I wouldn't necessarily say it's fake, but let's wait and see what more experienced people have to say about it. I never looked inside the pouches when we sold them.

My sister has a cosmetic pouch with no serial #, but it doesn't have the creed inside it, just a Coach patch on the outside. I believe if it has a creed inside, it should have a serial #. But I definitely could be mistaken.

This is not correct. I have an authentic Coach bag (from an outlet store) with no serial number, but a creed. I contact Coach and they said that some smaller bags do NOT have serial numbers in them, yet they are still authentic.

To me the above bag looks authentic from an outlet store.
