I'm sorry :crybaby:I was just trying to be helpful since no one else was in here...like I said I was no expert (by any means) but am trying to learn. Sorry - I am kind of new around here and didn't see what you posted a few days ago. I appreciate you coming in and setting that straight for them. If I have any questions - I'll know to look for you - you really know your stuff!

Thanks a bunch :)

No problem, it's great to have posters here who want to help. :hugs:

I Know a lot of people who are fairly new to Coach are only familiar with the recent bags, and there are a lot more similarities among the newer bags than among the older ones. My memory goes back a LOT further and I've seen hundreds of different creed styles, serial numbers, hardware designs, hangtag styles, etc. I have to keep reminding myself that not everyone remembers the older bags like this particular Old Bag does.

The only way to really learn Coach is by experience. But there's a lot of ways to get it. Do a Search on Ebay using terms like Coach vintage or Coach classic and take a look at the older styles especially the things like the creeds and the hangtags and you'll get a good idea of what changes have been made over the years. Learn how to read the basic information in the serial numbers to learn what year the bags were made - there's one of those "guides" posted here:

There's a lot to learn, but it can be done if you take things a few steps at a time. Anyone who's serious about learning Coach should also start by taking notes and looking at photos, both the ones from Coach's website and the ones taken for their listings by trusted sellers. But the best thing is really to get familiar with the actual products. Learn what a REAL Coach wallet or keychain or bag looks like and feels like. Buy one or two from the stores and get familiar with them. And you can always justify the expense as "Research". ;)

Hi, can someone help me autenticate this?

The zippers have YKK letters on them, and the tassell is missing from the front.
Thanks in advance :)
