THANK YOU!!!

I think monstamuffin was referring to the bag above. These have been in the outlets recently. Not sure if they're still there, but you may want to call your outlet and check.

I don't have an outlet.... I am glad to know they have been there though, that would explain the lower prices on ebay and overstock for these. I have been watching them for awhile.

The first one looks ok.

The second seller is sketchy to me. His bags are all "New, without tags" and without hangtags. It makes you wonder where he is getting his merchandise from. Someone on here had a bad buying experience with this seller. I would not recommend.

Hi, can someone look at this bag and tell if it is authentic? There have been opinions all over the place. Apparently one Coach store said yes, another said no. It is supposed to be a limited edition. I just want to help buyer and seller.

Hi! You're right, everyone has a different opinion on this bag. My first thought when I first saw the bag was that it might be fake, but there's really no way to tell without actually seeing and feeling the bag in person. If this is in fact a limited edition, that could explain why no one has seen this bag before. If it was a limited edition, I wonder how many were produced and why Coach doesn't even seem to know about the existence of this bag. I actually called Coach to ask if this bag was ever made in this style, and they told me no. Do you have the bag in your possession? If you could provide closeup pictures of the creed and of the rest of the bag, that would be helpful. I especially would like to see pictures of the stitching details (especially the stitching around the opening), the zipper pull (does the zipper have YKK on it?), the handles, the sides of the bag, the seam along the middle of the bag, the stripe, the bottom, the inside, the hangtag and medallion, and the creed and the stitching around the creed. Since no one has ever seen this bag before, we really need more detailed pictures than what is shown in the auction to be able to give an informed opinion.

When a seller only shows one picture, I would email him/her and ask him/her for more pictures of the bag, including a picture of the creed. Even if the item looks good from the picture, pictures can be stolen. It's good to have a sense of how the seller communicates and whether the seller actually has the bag in his/her possession. You can learn a lot from how the seller responds or doesn't respond.
