Also, no matter how good any guide sems to be, there are always going to be exceptions. For instance Optic Signature, Optic Chelsea and other Optic lines won't have the C's perfectly aligned in the front. And there's one style Wave bag with some C fabric on the outside that also has Signature lining. And some creed patches on older bags, especially in the Sonoma line, can be incredibly sloppy.
The rectangular tags like in the coin purse photo where the information on the tag matches the name and style number of the item are the genuine tags that come with keychains and small items when you order them right from Coach.com. They usually indicate a genuine item, but since they're removeable they can also be switched and used to photograph a fake.
The only way to be sure a keychain is real is to have a Coach specialist look at it. There's no one set of rules that pinpoint a fake and there never will be. You have to learn as much as you can about the items you're authenticating, and be familiar with the genuine items
and the fakes as much as possible. Buy several real keychains from a Coach store and use them for comparison.
