Hello! Hope everyone is doing well!

Whenever I'm done with Coach, it seems like I always find an excuse to come back.... I  my vintage Baxter, but it is a tad too small if I am trying to bring both breakfast and lunch with me to the office. So, I am looking for a workhorse bag to commute with me at least a few days a week, and one that can hold two plastic containers of meals plus the other daily essentials.

I like the style of a drawstring bucket bag. For anyone who has carried a drawstring bag - how usable are they? In other words, are they difficult to open/close?

The bags I've listed below all seem as though they would be noticeably larger than my Baxter, but please let me know your opinions!

As always, thanks for your expert help and guidance!

Item: VINTAGE COACH TALL drawstring bucket leather shoulder bag HTF #937 Made in USA
Listing number: 322053048493
Seller: mizdazy

Comments: Looks as though this seller has been caught with fakes before, so I'm leery... The creed is also very faded.
They all look authentic. I don't know if a Lula is going to be big enough for you, although the shape might be good for meals on the bottom, essentials on the top. The catalog page I have for Lula shows the green as very green.

The last bag is quite a bit bigger than the Lula. It is common for creeds in Lightweights to fade; since the leather is thinner, the stamping is more shallow.

I have and have had several drawstring bags. I love them. Each is different. Some are very easy to open and close, and others are a little more tricky. The only one I ever had trouble with was a 2011 Marielle. Most vintage are easy to open; some won't close really tightly.

Regarding mizdazy, my records show I reported 4 of her listings in June, 2014 (two separate times) and 3 more fakes in March, 2016.

If I had to guess, I'd bet her creed picture is blurry as a deliberate attempt to make authentication difficult (although Whateve was able to authenticate it).

And since we're discussing mizdazy, I'm looking for an opinion on this bag. I think it might be okay but I'm not sure.

Whateve, I think you are spot on. The measurements for the Lula in the catalog pic definitely seem to small. I will concentrate on other drawstring bags. Good to know they are fun to carry!

Hmm... I think I'll stay away from this seller for now. Thanks again to you both for your help!

I love my Berkeley reverse suede drawstring bag. I have another thicker, stiffer leather one that doesn't close all the way. Not sure if it is a Lula's. I also have an XL sling drawstring duffle that would hold a small country. Closes well.

I'm not sure either way about the Swingpack, I've never seen it before.
