Hi,
I found this coach tote online and I'd like to buy it, but first I would like someone to tell me whether is it a true coach bag, because I travel a lot and I really don't want to own any counterfeit :) If it is not a counterfeit, would you be able to tell me what's its name ? :)
Thanks in advance !

Item description :
Two handles. Inside zip pocket and two small inside pockets and side clip pocket.

It's counterfeit. That lining is hideous!

Item: Red Carousel Bag
Seller:Local thrift store
Comments: I was confident that this was an authentic Carousel bag in the store but then I read they were introduced in 1994 and my creed looks like it may be from before 1994. Yikes.

It was introduced in Spring 1994 which makes it perfectly possible that the first ones were made in late 1993. It's genuine.

Genuine. And it's often impossible to identify color accurately just from photos.

Hi All, I'm not often in the Coach forums but I've been a long time fan of vintage styles like the mini willis :) I have a few already that I'm confident about in terms of authenticity, but recently purchased one off ebay that I'm not as sure about after seeing it in person. Thanks very much in advance!

item: COACH Tan Leather very good/exc WINNIE MINI WILLIS Crossbody 9023 purse bag
Seller:
walk-with-grace
Item no.:201516960709
Item link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/201516960709
Comments: I'm mainly concerned about the font in the creed - as you can see in the photos, the Gs and other letters are not as sharp as in my other bags (pic#1). There's also a little bunching at the corners on the back so the leather flips out a little and the undyed inside is visible (pics #2). This undyed part is also visible inside the bag along the edges (pic #3). Stitching is mostly even, except seems a little messy at the top on the inside of the outer flap (pic #4). Hardware seems similar to my other bags, though the turnlock sticks when turning. The inner suede is also less nubby then my other bags? I know there are some variations by factory, etc so not every mini willis is the same, but would much appreciate any input by more experienced members if there's any cause for concern here!

Your concern is warranted. The bag appears fake. The creed matches the font of other fakes I've seen, and doesn't match the font of authentic creeds from that plant. The back of the turnlock (shown in the listing) indicates it isn't the kind Coach used. The proportions of the bag seem off.
