Feel free to refer the seller here.

I find it hard to believe that a seller who had several other authentic Coach items wouldn't recognize the lack of quality in the wallet. My personal opinion is that she knew it was fake but tried to sneak the wallet in with the others hoping you wouldn't know the difference. If the price you paid was including an amount for this wallet, she should issue a refund for the portion covering the price of the fake.

(If this was an online purchase, please post a link to the listing. I wonder whether the seller has other lot listings that include fakes and I'm interested in seeing the other items in the lot you purchased.)

This seller has no other items listed at this time. Under sold you can find the listing I won, if any of those bags look suspicious let me know and I will post close up pictures, to me (in my limited knowledge) they are OK.

After several messages over a long time, seller refuses to a partial (small) refund for wallet, even now acknowledging it is fake and should have not been in the lot. Only will refund if returning the whole lot.

I was looking for a hint of honesty on her part, not the amount. This seller already changed the FedEx method listed for a cheaper USPS, then lies to me when I asked about why the change, saying that she paid more so I would get it faster (I got it later of course), I weighted the package and I guess her "handling fees" ended up to be around $10.
Now she wants the whole lot back to sell it, as she didn't get what she wanted on the auction. Not my guess, a fact. I had contacted her before the auction ended because there were no bids, no watchers and asked if auction ended with no bid, if she would consider listing BIN, her expected amount was much higher than my budget, and she said no. I still watched the auction and bid my max. to my surprise I won $1 over the opening bid. It's not my fault nobody else was interested, and she didn't meet her goal. So next I see the change in shipping method.

I admit it was my fault to miss the wallet. I read the description saying in very bad shape, but as I do not like big wallets, I didn't even care as I was not going to use it, but from worn to fake is deception and illegal.

I called Ebay and there is no policy for SNAD or returns in a single item from a group, it's all or nothing. So I have no recourse.

Sorry for the long message, but perhaps it will help somebody to keep this on mind when bidding for lots.

I have several comments about the seller, betperks.
1. To her credit (and this is the ONLY thing to her credit) is that she honored the selling price even though the bidding didn't go as high as she'd hoped.
2. Her other listings would have sold for a lot more money had she had better pictures, more pictures and a better description. But for the buyers of those items, hooray for them; they got deals!
3. Her feedback indicates a previous unhappy buyer who returned an item and didn't get the refund. That's totally dishonest of betperks.
4. We're all human and make mistakes. That's forgivable. However when a seller is told that an item is fake, refuses to do the right thing, that's when she should receive the negative feedback she earned, especially when she's lucky enough to have an understanding buyer who is willing to work with her.

Since there are a lot of lurkers here, many of whom report listings for fakes, she's apt to get another ding on her account if ebay removes the listing. If you plan to leave feedback, you might want to do so now because once a listing is removed, you'll lose the ability to leave feedback to warn other buyers.

ETA:
Had you asked about the listing before buying, you would have been told that the wallet was an obvious fake.

Yup, you certainly have recourse -- in the form of feedback!!

I honestly was surprised that she didn't cancel the sale.
I agree.. had I posted here before bidding you would have spotted the fake in an instant. Bidding on a lot has been a learning experience for sure, I will apply in the future the lesson learned.
Thanks for the advice about leaving feedback ASAP. I forgot listings can be reported even after ending.

Any red flags on the other bags?

It looks like the listing has been pulled and I can't find a cached version. Maybe BeenBurned will have better luck. But at least the Negative FB managed to get recorded.

Not only was the neg recorded but the seller's feedback is now down to 92%. With a neg for a fake and another neg for not sending an item, this seller's days on ebay are probably numbered. (At least I hope so!)

The other bags looked okay.

I was able to pull up a cache and will post the individual pictures too:

(the pictures will be in this post and the next since I can't post more than 8 per post.)

Definitely now I feel like I missed the elephant in the middle of the room, the wallet looks so fake, I paid more attention to the bags I liked like the gold tote and the fur flap, also (not a excuse) I think I saw recently another wallet just like it (now for sure fake, that I will look for and post for reporting).

BWT this little pouch has no creed inside and I have no clue what it is, or how old. I was able to identify all the other ones.

Thanks again to all the ladies on this forum, your help is always very much appreciated.

Edited to add that I already found the other fake one, was easy to spot it now that I have my own (yuk)

I brought this Peyton Saffiano as a Christmas gift.

http://m.ebay.com/itm/Coach-40-F293...ll-Merlot-Burgundy-MINT-/262189327683?txnId=0

My mom is unsure about its authenticity because there is no serial number (or ANY numbers at all) on the creed patch. The seller assures me that Coach is doing that now and includes the number in a tag in a pocket on some of the models after Spring 2014. Can anyone tell me if that's true? I looked it up but of the patches I can actually see in this model, there IS in fact a serial number listed, though admittedly I can't find many photos of the patches. I was really hoping to score a home run with this gift but I fear I may have flopped.
Thanks!

The bag is fine. The seller is correct and one of the pictures shows the tag with the number:
