Welcome to the purse forum. The bag is authentic. It was probably made in 1993.

The second one is also authentic. It is a pocket purse, not a convertible clutch or basic bag or city bag as the seller says. It was made in the 80s. That is not the original tissue paper that came with the bag.

It looks genuine, Chadwick Satchel # 9928 from 1993. Measuremnts are listed as 11x8x5 with a 44-inch strap.

Could someone please authenticate this Coach bag?
From a local thrift...all the white leather is coated in paint or shoe polish...argh, but it was $1, so I'm up for the challenge.
Approx. 11"w x 7"h (middle of zipper) x 3"d. Strap 7.5" to buckles.

I bought this daypack/backpack and was hoping to get it authenticated. It's really hard to get a good picture of the creed because the imprint of the creed seems to be flattening out.
From what I can tell, the creed says, "This is a Coach bag. It was handcrafted in the United States of completely natural glove-tanned cowhide. The variations in the.." and the serial looks to be "J6D-9791.
I could only decipher that amount of the creed, unfortunately.

I agree with Whateve, it's definitely fake, there are several VERY serious problems with some details.

Please Authenticate this Duffel Sac 9085 that a friend just purchased.. I don't see any probs, I'm comparing the BT 9085 to my 1998 USA Black 9085 .I'm attaching pics of both shoulder straps the Black USA Authentic Duffle Sac& BT from.Costa Rica
The grommets differ, the Black one was made in USA in 98~Brit Tan is Costa Rica in 2001 & has a factory bullseye...THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!! CHEERS! S

The creed prefix "J6D" is used on tons of fakes. It has the wrong font and errors we wouldn't see in an authentic creed. The date code is too early for the style. The stitching on the zipper pulls and ends of the drawstrings is wrong. The shape of the flap is wrong.

I don't see any problems. I've seen both types of grommets.
