Please follow the following requests:

The position of the creed stamp on the pocket, the leather piece around the turnlock, and how the strap is proportioned. But that serial number font with those year and plant codes is ONLY found in fakes. That's all the proof I need.

Can I get an opinion? I saw this at a thrift store and didn't get it. These are the only two pictures I took. I didn't see any problems with the bag other than this weird zipper pull. The pebbling was pretty rough but I've seen that on some authentic bags I think.

Is there a small brass hangtag pull attached to the YKK pull? The original metal loop pull might have simply come loose and it was replaced with that one. As long as all the other details are right it should be ok. The creed and serial number are fine.

Hello ladies! I set this up on a sniping service then forgot about it so of course I won it! Can someone tell me if it is authentic? I have a couple of these purses, one all black and I can't remember what the other one is but both seem much larger than this one. There are no measurements on this one so I hope it's authentic.

Hi ladies, could one of you authenticate this odd piece for me?

It looks like a penny crossbody at first glance, but when I look inside it has a small kisslock pouch which is actually quite unique! The dimensions are approximately 14" x 8" x 2".

And if it is genuine, could you please also tell me the name and style ID for this bag? Thank you in advance!

Thanks Hyacinth. I figured it was pretty small considering how close together the metal feet on the bottom of the bag are. It looks to be in exceptional condition. Would this be from the early 90's?

Genuine, it's a Soho Waverly Bag, style number 4133 from around 1993.

Check the Rehab and Rescue thread in the Coach Clubhouse section of the main Coach forum for information on caring for the early Soho/Lightweight styles. After you get it, if you find any problem areas you can post there and describe them along with photos and they should be able to give you advice on how to deal with them.
