As a newbie in purse world and before I found Purseforum, I purchased two bags. I know; I should have known, there is place like this forum...oh well, I feel quite stupid now. Anyway, my fears has grown exponentially after reading Coach fakes. I think I need to know if these bags are counterfeits. At least this forum has teached me a very useful rule; ask before, not after!

This is first;

Item: Coach Bleecker Dark Green
Listing number:121749256841
Seller: solen5
Link: www.ebay.com/itm/121749256841?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT
Comments: Counterfeit?

Genuine, but you're welcome to wait for more opinions.

I am perplexed at how you could even think for a minute these were fake. They are absolutely gorgeous bags. The leather on these is so wonderful and the details are fantastic. Enjoy your new bags!

ETA: Have you received them yet? I think you will love them.

It's a small swinger 4080 from the Lightweights collection, early 90s.

Thank You, thank You whateve! They will arrive next week. Please remember, I'm totally beginner with purses. Secondly the hall of shame thread, where Solen5 has couple of negative feedback, made me suspicious. And the third, I couldn't believe I was so lucky, that they were really authentic. Just took the risk, because they looked so fabulous. As I said, I have quite a long wish list so I'll sure be back before any other purchase. I learned a lesson although it seems to end smoothly. Suspicious was horrible.

There is feedback;

Oh I see. I would be nervous too! In my opinion, you picked two of the most beautiful bags Coach has ever made. When you get them, you might want to use some leather conditioner.

Nice to know I have picked great purses. I live in Finland so there is different leather conditioners (is there any suitable to purses, I don't even know) than USA. What would You suggest? Coach own brand? I definately don't want to ruin my bags with wrong cleaner...
