It's authentic. Here's the ad. It's the cabin bag medium. The L indicates it's the Lexus version. You had to buy the car to get the bag.

Seller has multiple items up for sale that seem normal for a person to sell from around the house. About 10 coach bags have been sold . Some new . Some used. Doesn’t seem to be a reseller.

Seller is willing to sell for $575

Pictures are from listing
We need additional pics as started in the pinned post on top of the page.

There's no such thing as a penny made in the vintage era. Penny is a newer term. This is a dinky, one of the earlier versions. A strap clipped onto the bag through those grommets. Later they realized it wasn't ideal and changed the design to have the strap sewn on. It was made in the late 70s. I think this might be the first one I've seen with a creed and number.

That's amazing. Thank you!
Just a quick comment.

The bag has a non-typical font for the G plant and some who aren't familiar with the variation may question it.

Lovely bag!

Thank you so much! I’ll let my friend know. Sadly, I think it’s been treated with a colorant but it’s otherwise in great shape! I ❤️ vintage Coach.
Thanks again.

I'm sorry but it's fake.

There are problems with the hardware and the location of the Coach logo. I can't see and enlarge the lining enough to see the weave but I suspect that it's not correct.
