Hello! I’m very leery about purchasing anything from Japan - but a black Baxter that doesn’t need a ton of rehab is my lemming after a two year hiatus from handbags.

Any input? This feels like it’s too good to be true. 🥴🥴

Item: Baxter, black
Listing number: 405781919021
Seller and site where listed : eBay, Sakura-vintagecoachshop
Link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/4057819190...8-NFfp4SUi&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
Comments: thank you!!!
The pictures show an authentic bag.

Thank you so much ❤️…still nervous! does it often (ever??!?) happen that the pictures are of a genuine item but the item shipped is not? I’ve read so many things on this forum about unreliable Japanese sellers but have never purchased anything from one myself. 🙁
Although there have been cases in which sellers send a different bag than what was listed, buyers have protection against NAD (not as described) items. That type of switch doesn't happen frequently but if you're concerned after receiving the item, you're welcome to come back and post pictures of what you receive.

Hello, I got this apparent Duffle Sac bag at the thrift store, but now have reservations about the J6D- serial number. Is it a fake, please?
Sorry. It's fake. I hope you can return, or at least exchange it for something else since it's illegal to sell fakes.

The D plant did make bags in 1996 but this bag wasn't one of them.

Hi Authenticators! It’s clearly a busy week. At your convenience, would you have a look at this one? Thank you! (This is a similar but different bag than my request pending a few posts up on the thread.)

Good evening authenticators, could you please authenticate this bag for me? Thank you!
I authenticated this bag on Prizon. It said it is real, but I'm not quite sure.
Because the bag is really small and hard to take photos, so I just used few photos I uploaded on Prizon.

Item: COACH Mini town bucket bag #C7266

Yikes, thanks. I’ll check to see if I whiffed the link. Thanks for reviewing despite bad link.

@BeenBurned, just to confirm, did you mean that the bag in my photos attached to post is authentic, or the bag at the link (which came up as a different bag for you than the item I named)? Thank you!

Informationally only - I may be getting a different screen cuz I bought it… ? When I click thru the link it’s the correct bag but I did have to scroll down pretty far to get to the main listing (there were a bunch of ‘related items’ listings at the top of the page). Sorry for confusion!

No, you didn't make a mistake. I found the right listing based on the seller ID and the item number. I just wanted to point out that ebay sometimes redirects to an active listing and clicking on the original link doesn't always bring up the correct listing.

The bag you asked about from the seller who listed it is genuine.
