  • Before you submit a request for authentication, please search this thread to make sure that the item has not previously been authenticated by searching the seller ID and/or item number. BASIC PICTURES REQUIRED (but more may be requested): If necessary pictures are in the listing, it's not necessary to upload and duplicate them.

  • Full clear and legible creed text and serial number
  • Made in tags (when available)
  • Measurements
  • For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock
  • For bags with magnetic snaps, show pictures of the male part of the snap so that the numbers and letters on it can be read
  • If applicable, search interior of bag and/or pockets for small white tag with production information and include a picture of that.

I finally got a response from Goodwill regarding a refund. (Listing number: 225106294) They never replied to my ticket so I contacted customer service and my bank. After a little over two weeks they have issued me a refund.

Here's two of the replies from them:

Your ticket has been modified. Item ID: 225106294
The following is the updated message content of this ticket:
[ticket closed]
You have been refunded.

Your ticket has been modified. Order ID: 53888812
The following is the updated message content of this ticket:
[ticket closed]
I apologize I will send you a return label and reauthenticate this item.

I haven't received the return label yet but I'm pleased to receive a refund. Thank you and everyone else who helped me with the identification of this counterfeit purse and suggestions on how to proceed.

Morning our fabulous Authenticators.
This arrived this morning.
I bought off the It's Hadrian Live YouTube sale in Dec last year so can't find the video.
I got a bit of a scare with the creed.
Please may I get it looked at.

The pocket purse (not penny pocket as called by the seller) is authentic and 1998 is correct for the year that bag was made.

Good evening!

If you don't mind and have a sec, can you please take a gander at this? The only thing I don't like about it is the color (i think it looked more pink in its pictures but is actually more red IRL). It's in pristine condition (minus a cigarette smell that I'm going to try to get rid of if it's real) and looking back, it kinda feels Too Good To Be True™️.

I appreciate any feedback you have as well as anything you wish you had known in the beginning.
