Please follow the following requests:

• Note that authenticators have the right to refuse any requests. This is a free service, but it is imperative that you help our authenticators by using the following format:

• For bags with turnlock closures, show pictures of back of female side of turnlock

I’m pretty sure there should be a white label inside the lower left side of the zipper pocket. Turn the pocket inside out to get to it.

Wow! Guess what? I found the tag. Sewn INSIDE the lining. I could feel something (inside the bag) and when I used a bright flashlight, I could see the outline. Manufacturing defect!! Should I cut the lining and pull it out?

Not sure if this will be helpful as it may not include your 1999 bag color. But here's a photo showing it as new for the 1998 collection.

I was so excited anticipating the bag to arrive. After checking the bag. there are defects and made me wonder if I have purchased a fake Vintage Coach bag. The seller suggested I use the purse forum website to check for authenticity.

Hi, I know Poshmark is a sore topic here, and I totally agree, but i see this seller is using coach catalogs for her ads...even some that are water marked with her name. Isn't it against the law for use of coach catalogs in these selling ads?

The bag is authentic. Make sure that the authenticator was responding to your request. It looks like you thought another authenticator's response was for you but it was for someone else.

These were made by people so there are instances where things aren't perfect. The issue with the zipper is one of these.

It's authentic. It was part of the Dakota line made in the early 90s.
