Hello, I am a Coach lover! I have bags that are vintage up to current. I am having trouble authenticating this bag. It is the Coach Swing Zip in Signature print. I own the all leather version and bought it from Coach. The style numbers are different but the creed looks the same. I have looked on over the web and there isn’t much about this bag. No reviews or videos just some short tik toks. Do the C’s look correct? How about the creed?

Thank you!

Coach Swing Zip.
Bought on eBay.

Hi Authenticators. A friend bought this Dinky remake tea rose bag from a seller on ebay named laurajo-39. When I call up the bag on ebay it shows a rogue 25 for some reason so I'm including pics of the bag. The issue is, the creed has a few errors? The M in 'Made' looks like an N and the bottom word NUMBER is missing the R. What do you think of this bags authenticity? I hope i'm doing this right, here's pictures of the bag Thank you

I assume both the above IDs are the same person. (You might want to contact TPF admin and close one of the accounts as they only allow one account per person.)

I'm a little concerned with the bag you posted and I have reservations about the seller, 2JConnects.

In the listing, 4 of her 7 pictures (more than 1/2) are stock images, not at all helpful in proving authenticity of the item she's selling since they aren't showing the actual item.

But my bigger concern is the bag and the creed. Did you happen to notice that "crafted" is misspelled as CARFTED? That's worrisome! Also, I can't find a single bag of the same style to see if it's a Coach mistake or a counterfeiter's error.

While it's possible that Coach made a mistake, it's unlikely that that spelling error would have gotten through QC.

Personally, I wouldn't buy that bag and if you did, I'd return it. I don't believe it's authentic.

Every other example I could find of style CM580 is on Asian websites known for close fakes. They're in the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand.

I did find another bag with a"CM" style number that I believe IS authentic. and the creed does NOT look like the one you've asked about.

Compare the creed above to these:

Yes I will make contact to delete one account. Oh wow thanks I didn’t even notice the crafted word spelled wrong! I had a feeling it was fake but I wanted to be sure. I’ll be returning it as I already bought it! Bummer. Thanks so much for your help!

When you receive it, open a return request, choosing one of the "not as described" reasons for the return. Seller will have to supply and pay for return shipping (if she wants the bag back) and you'll get a full refund once tracking shows delivery to her.

If you have problems or questions with the dispute process, come back.

Here's a different style bag but one that has "crafted" on the creed and it's spelled correctly.

Although I was 99.9% sure before, I'm now 100% positive that the bag you bought from 2JConnects is fake.

Compare-notice in the second one, Coach DOES know how to spell!

Too bad because someone got scammed.

Note that nalasboutique also sold this fake twice:

These are also fake:

There are probably more fakes from the seller. Avoid.
Wow, this seller is really in to fake bags. I wish there was a way to really shut people like this down for good. :( Thanks for looking at it anyway!

I've been dreaming of a Coach Crescent bag style #9235 and would love a second look at this bag on ebay before bidding.
Thank you so much!
