Yes, and genuine, from the early 1990s.

It's authentic. I think it is a Rider. The measurements provided are in between Rider and Ranger so I can't tell which one it is.

While this bag soaks in the sink, I looked through the catalogs posted here. I think it's a Devon, which was new in 1992. But is it authentic?

No, it didn't. I asked for a refund stating the bag is counterfeit. If they don't refund, I'll mark it and then rehab it into something else. The quality is actually fairly indistinguishable from the real thing.

I think you're right! It's nowhere near 11 inches across, more like 9.5. I think it's a rider bag.

It's fake. I've seen other fakes with the same C2D prefix, all with the same incorrect font in "No" and the serial number.

I'm confused yet intrigued on this bag. It is not in posession, something I am eyeing from a local seller. I went through the catalogs for the year of 1994 and did not see this bag. Nothing came up on Google for a search on "9962". Dimensions are roughly 9 x 8 x3.
