Thank you and be safe!

It appears to be missing the long strap and the clochette.

Some of the pictures are too blurry for my liking.
If you can request a clearer and legible picture of the creed (text and serial number), that would help.

Additionally, I'd like to see the full bottom of the bag showing the feet and the back of the hangtag (side with the screws).

I'd request that @houseof999 also take a peek and offer additional requests for pics (if needed) as well as her opinion.

Rogues, Swaggers and many other newer items are extremely closely faked and it's very hard to authenticate them.

Bags and accessories from the last 10-ish years that may have been purchased from overseas sellers have also been found to be closely faked and IMO, buyers need to be extremely cautious and aware.

Hi @BeenBurned. The seller has said this one doesn't come with the clochette as this version of the bag didn't come with them. Pic of the strap and the two halves of the bottom of the bag. I've asked for a clearer shot of the creed patch

The genuine version of the bag (style 54536) DID come with a clochette (originallly) though it could have been lost or removed.

But I see problems with the feet as well as the end of the zipper tab.

Zipper tab should extend further beyond the bottom of the bag. (COMPARE to 2 different bags):

And the feet shouldn't be directly on the base but instead, on leather pieces.

I believe the bag from the Facebook seller is fake.

You were already answered, in the post just above this one. The bag is authentic. It was part of the Legacy collection.

I believe coach redesigned Rogue 25 and in 2019 they didn't include the leather pieces under the feet and the clochette. They did offer a long strap IIRC. I remember people complaining for about not getting the clochette.

I do think the bag is authentic. As @BeenBurned pointed out, there are differences between the previous release and the new ones. Some people prefer the look of previous models with clochette and the leather pieces.
