It's authentic. The bullseye means it was sold in an outlet store. Smaller bags like this often didn't have creed numbers, some didn't even have creeds. It was called a swingpack.

It looks authentic. It was made for outlets. It's more common than you think that Coach made items without any logos, even on the labels.
Here is some info about it.

Hello Authenticators! I was wondering if you can authenticate this for me. I hope I’m posting this right. Don’t know much about bags.bought at a goodwill.

I bought it at a goodwill. So I figured I would just check to see if authentic. I liked the color.
Thanks! It's authentic. Made in 2011 for factory stores. It was called Ashley carryall.

I won an auction online at shopgoodwill.com for this little fringed thing. Authentic 9155? When I was researching images like this on the net, several had a brown hip hugger type "belt" on. This one does not appear to have that. Was it removable? Or is this a weird, fringy fake? Also, I'm not seeing the final "e" in "suede." ?

Item: Coach Shoulder Bag
shopgoodwill.com, store: Goodwill of Southern Nevada
given measurements: 10 x 10 x 2. Thank you in advance!

It's genuine.

And I can see the vertical line in that "e", the 3 horizontal bars are a bit faint but they're definitely there.

There's supposed to be a buckled strap around the top of the bag that's apparently missing according to Coach's photos and other listings including several on Ebay. The bag isn't complete. The photos in the Ebay listing show the details.
